[Closed] HR Specialist

Location & Commitments:  

  • Employment Type: Permanent position / Contract-based 
  • Location: Remote / Office 
  • Reports to: Ms. Ngoc Huynh (COO)

Working Hours:  

  • Work Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week 
  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 6:30 PM (with a lunch break from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment: Create job descriptions, post job listings, screen resumes, and contact candidates to schedule interviews. 
  • HR Budget Monitoring: Track expenses related to recruitment, training, and employee benefits. 
  • Employee Records Management: Update and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, insurance, and other records. 
  • Onboarding Support: Guide and assist new employees during the onboarding process, helping them adapt to the company and its workflows. 
  • Internal Activities Coordination: Propose and participate in team-building events to enhance team spirit and company culture. 
  • Benefits Policy Monitoring: Ensure employees receive benefits in accordance with company policies. 
  • Attendance and Scheduling: Monitor attendance, work schedules, and travel plans of various departments. 
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and periodic reports, including labor utilization, social insurance, personal income tax, semi-annual HR reports, occupational health management, fire safety equipment maintenance, and workplace safety reports. 
  • Performance Evaluation: Assist with regular performance reviews (quarterly, annual), collect feedback from departments, and provide evaluations to management. 
  • Training and Development: Organize internal training programs, propose skill enhancement courses, and oversee employee career development plans. 
  • Labor Relations: Address issues related to labor relations, including complaints, disputes, and compliance with labor laws. 
  • Employee Recognition: Assist in designing and implementing reward programs for outstanding employees. 

Job Requirements:

  • Hardworking, eager to learn, and open to feedback. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and work effectively in a team. 
  • Flexible mindset, capable of handling multitasking and managing time efficiently. 
  • Fluent in English. 
  • Able to organize and execute tasks independently.
