[Closed] Supply Chain Assistant 

Location & Commitments:  

  • Employment Type: Part-time
  • Location: Office 
  • Working Hours: Up to 15 hours per week
  • Reports to: Ms. Ngoc Huynh (COO) 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise the production and distribution processes of products or services. Consolidate and prepare periodic monitoring reports from projects and departments within the Supply Chain division. 
  • Collaborate with suppliers to track orders, confirm quantities, delivery schedules, and address any arising issues. 
  • Monitor delivery progress to ensure goods are delivered on time and meet quality standards. 
  • Update supplier information, product details, and order status in the management system. 
  • Support the warehousing process by inspecting goods’ quality prior to storage and assisting with inventory reporting. 
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods. 
  • Consult and advise on process improvements and propose optimal solutions for the supply chain. 
  • Assist supply chain staff with specialized tasks that require correction or improvement. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to work under tight deadlines. 
  • Proficient in office software, especially Excel. 
  • Practical experience in supply chain-related roles is considered an advantage.
