Location & Commitments:
- Employment Type: Permanent position / Contract-based
- Location: Remote / Office
- Reports to: Ms. Ngoc Huynh (COO)
Working Hours:
- Work Schedule: Part-time, up to 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 6:30 PM (with a lunch break from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Occasional overtime may be required for some tasks
- Can flexibility register for additional working hours in the evening
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and research information on raw material suppliers across platforms like Shopee, Facebook, Alibaba, etc., based on data provided by the RnD department.
- Calculate the cost of raw materials.
- Compare prices and product quality from various suppliers to identify the best options.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure product standards in terms of quality, price, and delivery time are met.
- Monitor and update reports on the status of sourcing activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to analyze and compare data (pricing, quality, delivery time).
- Basic English communication skills, especially for interacting with international suppliers.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
